Aramark is seeking a Cook to bring recipes to life with creativity, working around fresh ingredients and state-of-the-art equipment. You will follow production guidelines and safety procedures while exploring different cuisines and cooking styles.

This role emphasizes health, safety, and hands-on skill in a collaborative environment. You will prep, cook, and plate items according to recipes, maintain clean workspaces, and uphold excellent guest service.

Qualificações

• Experience as a cook or in a related role.
• Validated knowledge of basic food preparation, methods, and food safety regulations.
• Must be able to acquire food safety certification.
• Demonstrates basic math and counting skills.
• Interpersonal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Cook and prepare a variety of food according to production guidelines and recipes.
• Set up workstation with needed ingredients and equipment.
• Prepare ingredients by measuring, weighing, mixing, chopping, trimming, and peeling items.
• Safely use utensils including knives.
• Operate ovens, stoves, slicers, mixers and other equipment.
• Bake, roast, broil, steam and apply various cooking methods to foods.
• Arrange, garnish and portion food per guidelines.
• Properly store food per safety policies and procedures.
• Clean and sanitize work areas and equipment.
• Maintain excellent customer service and positive demeanor toward guests.
