Job summary

T2 Utility Engineers is seeking a Graphic Design & Communications Coordinator to support marketing efforts across the United States and Canada. This hands-on role involves creating on-brand content for print, digital, web, social media, and proposals, under the Director of Marketing.

The ideal candidate will have strong design skills, be detail-oriented, and adept at coordinating multiple priorities across teams and time zones.

Qualifications

• Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Journalism, Communications or equivalent experience.
• 2–5+ years of marketing, communications, or related experience (AEC preferred).
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong writing and editing skills.
• Experience managing digital communications and social media.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and apply brand standards across marketing materials.
• Develop and format marketing materials for digital and print platforms.
• Create on-brand visual content including graphics and diagrams.
• Support marketing priorities, events, campaigns and initiatives.
• Coordinate messaging with stakeholders and manage schedules.
