Transwestern is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative and collaborative team, driving projects that align with our client’s visions through innovative design solutions. As a Graphic Designer for our Mid‑Atlantic Marketing and Communications team, you will be responsible for creating high‑end print, digital, and environmental collateral in an innovative and team‑oriented environment. Your expertise in marketing and graphic design will shape our client’s narratives, ensuring consistency and originality within each brand while maintaining distinctiveness across projects and clients.
In collaboration with the Regional Marketing Director, you will develop design strategies and conceptualize, plan, design, and produce a broad array of marketing materials including brochures, email blast campaigns, large‑scale graphics, comprehensive brand packages, and promotional campaigns for events and marketing, as well as merchandise. You will support internal and external clients, along with executive leadership, and craft compelling design narratives and concepts that showcase varied clients’ goals and projects. You will work with the Creative Director to design elevated concepts, templates, and finished work that create efficiencies for the team and continually showcase design excellence, elevating the work of the entire team and region. Coordinate the production process, develop and coordinate printing specifications and oversee in‑ or out‑of‑house production. Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver projects that exceed expectations and adhere to timelines. Offer creative solutions and out‑of‑the‑box thinking to elevate projects and inspire clients. Take initiative in project participation, ideation, and continuous learning to stay ahead of design trends.
Portfolio required – candidates must possess a compelling portfolio of print, digital, and or environmental/large‑scale design work that demonstrates experience leading small and large‑scale projects, a range of aesthetics, and client‑focused solutions to marketing challenges. Compensation is commensurate with experience, with an expected salary range of $60,000 to $75,000, depending on qualifications and expertise.
