Job summary

T1 Energy Inc. is seeking a hands-on Designer to join our Marketing and Communications team in Wilmer, Texas. This role focuses on creating cohesive marketing materials, social assets, and investor-ready presentations with speed and quality.

You’ll work across print and digital formats, collaborating with leadership to bring concepts to life quickly. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a sharp eye for detail, and is proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma.

Qualifications

Strong visual communication with attention to typography, layout and brand consistency.
Experience in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
Portfolio required (site or PDF).

Responsibilities

Design and produce internal and external marketing materials across print and digital formats.
Create and iterate on social and performance media assets for multiple platforms.
Support photo editing and image production for marketing initiatives.
Collaborate with marketing, communications, and leadership to realize concepts quickly.
Use AI tools as part of the creative process for ideation and production.
Manage multiple projects, prioritizing and delivering on time.
Contribute animation and video editing support where needed.
