Job summary

TCC Materials seeks a Design & Marketing Specialist to support branding across all company brands. You will create marketing materials, digital assets, photography, video content, and packaging artwork, ensuring brand consistency via Adobe Creative Suite and other tools.

The role includes art direction for shoots, packaging compliance, and writing/editing technical content, reporting to the Marketing Manager. Join a team focused on high-precision design and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with packaging artwork and technical content is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage graphic design projects across various mediums (sheets, catalogs, ads, digital assets).
• Create packaging artwork for labels, bags, and other formats; coordinate with printers and vendors.
• Assist in maintenance of technical content (TDS/SDS) and translate complex info clearly.
• Collaborate with Marketing Manager and stakeholders to meet priorities and maintain branding standards.
