Job summary

Walsworth, a leading yearbook printer, seeks a Graphic Designer for a 12-week, on-site role in Overland Park. The position runs 8 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with potential hybrid work after training. You will join the Marketing team to create print and digital materials.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in design, proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite on Mac, and strong time-management, organization and problem-solving skills. Bachelor’s or related degrees are preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or equivalent in Creative Arts or related field, or 2+ years experience with an associate degree.
Ability to work on-site full-time for 12 weeks with potential hybrid after training.
Pass pre-employment drug screen, background check, and social media screening.
US work authorization required; no sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Create marketing materials on-brand for Corporate, Yearbook or Commercial divisions.
Design compelling visuals to educate, motivate and engage customers and internal teams.
Collaborate with requestors to translate concepts across print, digital and experiential.
Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and support other designers.
Assist with production-ready files and basic photography tasks when needed.
