24 Seven Talent is seeking a Graphic Designer (Retail Creative) to join a fast-paced in-house team supporting a major retail brand. You will design signage, displays and print collateral, developing concepts through production-ready files.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of graphic design experience, strong print production skills, and a portfolio demonstrating retail/CPG work. This hybrid role offers an onsite-heavy schedule with one WFH day after onboarding.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of graphic design experience with proficiency in print production and brand standards.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and print-ready file prep.
• Experience designing for retail, signage, and in-store marketing.
• Portfolio required demonstrating print and packaging/point-of-purchase work.

Graphic Designer (Retail Creative)

Location: Phoenix, AZ (Onsite 4 days/week, 1 WFH day)

Pay: $46+/ hour, depends on experience! W2, eligible for insurance and benefits!

40 hrs a week

Duration: Ongoing contract, with potential for long-term opportunities

We're hiring a Graphic Designer to join a fast-paced in-house creative team supporting a major retail brand. This role is ideal for a designer with strong print production experience

What You'll Do

• Design retail signage, fixtures, displays, presentations, and print collateral.
• Develop creative from concept through production-ready files.
• Partner with creative, marketing, and cross-functional teams.
• Manage multiple projects in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
• Maintain brand standards while bringing fresh creative ideas.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of graphic design experience, Adobe Creative Suite required.
• Strong print production skills, including file prep, proofing, and die lines.
• Retail, CPG, QSR, or consumer brand experience strongly preferred
• Experience with in-store marketing, environmental graphics, POP displays, corrugate, or seasonal campaigns is a plus.
