Job summary

Michaels in Knoxville – KNOX-TURKEY CREEK, TN is seeking a store associate to build customer relationships, help shoppers find framing solutions, and maintain a safe, clean, and well merchandised store environment.

You will complete framing orders accurately and on time, operate the cash register, support omni-channel processes, assist with truck un-load and stocking, and adhere to SOPs and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required.
• Basic measuring skills required.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and company policies to ensure compliance.
• Complete framing orders with high quality and on time.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and related areas including SISO and Directed Replenishment.
• Deliver friendly customer service and help shoppers find what they are looking for; keep store well merchandised and in-stock.
• Support omni-channel processes and assist with truck unload and stocking.
