Job summary

The Michaels Companies, Inc. is seeking a store team member at the KNOX-TURKEY CREEK, TN location to build customer relationships and provide framing solutions. You will help customers find products, process framing orders, and maintain a well-merchandised, in-stock store environment.

Ideal candidates will have basic computer and measuring skills, plus experience in retail. The role involves standing, lifting, and working nights/weekends in a public retail setting.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service and help customers shop.
• Complete framing orders with high quality and on time.
• Operate cash register and handle cash to standards.
• Assist with Omni channel processes and store merchandising.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
