Job summary

Randalls Food Market is seeking a Floral Designer to turn visions into beautiful arrangements, using seasonality knowledge and careful handling of perishable flowers. You will keep workspaces neat, refill stock, and ensure every detail—from stems to ribbons—is precise. You will lift up to 40 lbs and work with helium tanks and floral tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in floral arrangement and design.
• Familiar with floral perishability, seasonality and care requirements.
• Ability to engage with customers and translate ideas into arrangements.
• Maintain clean, organized workspaces and displays.
• Lift up to 40 lbs. with or without accommodation.
• Familiarity with floral tools, helium tanks and basic POS systems.
• Willingness to partner with associates and contribute to a team.

Responsibilities

• Design stunning arrangements using knowledge of floral seasonality and perishability.
• Maintain clean, organized workspaces and displays, replenish inventory and ensure every stem and ribbon is perfectly placed.
• Lift and move floral products and supplies, up to 40 lbs., and work with helium tanks and other tools.
