Safeway is seeking a Floral Designer to turn customers' dreams into stunning arrangements. You’ll design with seasonal blooms, manage quality care, maintain clean workspaces, and replenish inventory while ensuring every stem and ribbon is perfectly placed.

You will lift up to 40 lbs, handle helium tanks, work a friendly team, deliver thoughtful service, and translate customer ideas into beautiful bouquets for celebrations and remembrance. Training and opportunities for growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in floral arrangement and design with a strong creative eye.
• Familiarity with floral perishability, seasonality, and care requirements.
• Ability to engage customers and translate ideas into arrangements.
• Maintains clean, organized workspaces and inventory.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand/move throughout the day.
• Basic proficiency with floral tools, helium tanks, and POS systems.
• Team-oriented with reliable collaboration.
