You will create stunning floral arrangements for weddings, celebrations, and remembrance, drawing on knowledge of seasonality and care. Maintain tidy displays, restock supplies, and ensure products are presented beautifully.

You’ll lift up to 40 lbs. and use helium tanks and POS equipment as part of daily duties. Strong design skills, attention to detail, and customer-focused service are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in floral arrangement with a strong creative eye.
• Knowledge of floral perishability and care requirements.
• Ability to engage customers and translate ideas into arrangements.
• Maintain clean, efficient workspaces and manage supplies.
• Lift up to 40 lbs. and move materials as needed.
• Familiarity with floral tools, helium tanks, and POS systems.
• Willingness to collaborate with teammates.
