You design with seasonal knowledge, maintain clean, organized displays, replenish inventory, and ensure every stem and ribbon is perfectly placed. This role requires lifting up to 40 lbs, working with floral tools and helium tanks, and collaborating with associates to deliver memorable moments for guests.

Qualifications

• Floral design experience with a strong creative eye and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with floral perishability, seasonality, and care requirements.
• Ability to engage with customers, uncover needs, and translate ideas into arrangements.
• Capable of maintaining clean, efficient workspaces and managing inventories.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand/moveThroughout the day.
• Familiarity with floral tools, helium tanks, and basic POS systems.
• Willingness to work as part of a collaborative team.
