You will lift up to 40 lbs, work with helium tanks, and collaborate with teammates to deliver memorable arrangements for celebrations and everyday moments.

Qualifications

• Floral design expertise with strong creative eye and attention to detail.
• Familiar with floral perishability, seasonal trends, and care.
• Ability to engage customers, uncover needs, and translate ideas into arrangements.
• Maintain clean, organized workspaces and manage inventory and supplies.
• Lift up to 40 lbs., stand and move throughout the day.
• Familiarity with floral tools, helium tanks, and basic POS systems.
• Willingness to work with fellow associates and contribute to a positive team environment.

Responsibilities
