Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent or 3+ years of content creation or similar experience.
• 5+ years of experience in dubbing direction, audio or picture post-production, or related localization.
• Proficiency in dialogue adaptation, lip-sync assessment, performance evaluation, and dialogue mixing.
• Experience leading projects, workstreams, or small teams.
• Portfolio demonstrating understanding of film/TV production and post-production.

Responsibilities

• Lead creative decisions for dubbed titles, reviewing dialogues for emotional nuance, tone, and context.
• Collaborate with AI engineers, localization experts, and quality teams to maintain consistency.
• Contribute to quality standards and SOPs; help improve efficiency and repeatable workflows.
• Influence across product, engineering, and marketing teams to align dubbing with viewer goals.
• Mentor junior team members and support hiring and training of new staff.
