Job summary

Dimensional Innovations is seeking a Creative Director to lead strategic and innovative creative work for major sports and entertainment clients. You will partner with clients to shape concepts, present solutions, and steer the Creative Studio through multi-year initiatives.

You will mentor teams, oversee design development from concept to construction, and collaborate with engineering, fabrication, and digital groups to ensure feasibility and impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Industrial Design, Interior Architecture, or related field
• At least 10 years’ experience in a creative leadership role managing a team and as creative lead on direct client/strategic accounts
• Experience in sports and entertainment category—including arenas, stadiums, live events, and fan destinations—strongly preferred
• Excellent time management and attention to detail at all times
• Proven written and verbal communication skills with clients and team members, including delivery of constructive feedback

Responsibilities

• Deliver bold, strategic, and innovative creative solutions for sports/entertainment brands
• Lead strategic conversations and present high-impact creative work to drive results
• Build and mentor Creative Studio team, manage project plans and budgets
• Coordinate with engineering, fabrication, and digital teams to ensure feasibility from concept to execution
• Maintain client relationships and act as a long-term strategic advisor
