Job summary

Dimensional Innovations in Shawnee, KS is seeking a Creative Director to lead strategic, bold, and integrated creative work for sports and entertainment projects. You will partner with clients, mentor the Creative Studio, and champion the creative vision across every phase from concept to construction documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.F.A) or Associate Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Industrial Design, Interior Architecture, or related field
• At least 10 years’ experience in a creative leadership role managing a team and as creative lead on direct client/strategic accounts
• Experience within sports and entertainment (arenas, stadiums, live events, fan destinations) preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver bold, strategic, and innovative creative solutions for sports/entertainment that elevate fan experiences and brand storytelling
• Lead strategic conversations, participate in client meetings, present high-impact creative work
• Mentor and guide Creative Studio team, champion the creative vision across all project phases
• Manage multi-year projects, build strong client relationships and trust
• Collaborate with engineering, fabrication, and digital teams to ensure feasibility from concept to execution
