Job summary

Dimensional Innovations, Inc. (DI) in Overland Park, KS is seeking a Creative Director to lead our creative team and shape client solutions across physical and digital experiences.

Reporting to the Executive Creative Director, you will guide design processes, storytelling, and content development, bridging the gap between concept and production while ensuring quality and business results for enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field, or equivalent work experience with a strong portfolio.
• Minimum 10 years in a creative director/lead role with leadership responsibilities.
• Proven experience with enterprise clients and corporate brands.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design solution and team for integrated physical and digital experiences.
• Define and enforce project timelines and quality standards.
• Lead client presentations and translate complex ideas into clear narratives for executives.
• QA/QC across design phases from concept to documentation.
• Mentor Creative Studio team members and develop project plans and resources.
