This senior role requires 10+ years in creative leadership, a strong portfolio, and proven ability to present to corporate stakeholders and drive project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in design or related field.
• 10+ years in creative director or experiential design leadership.
• Experience with corporate brands or enterprise clients.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead design solutions for projects, integrating physical and digital experiences.
• Defines and ensures on-time delivery with leadership input.
• Leads client presentations and translates ideas for corporate audiences.
• QA/QC across Design Phases and mentor the Creative Studio team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless execution.
• Travel as needed to meet project requirements.
