Job summary

Dimensional Innovations in Overland Park, KS, seeks a Creative Director to lead our studio, translate ideas into experiences, and guide a team through concept to production for corporate and enterprise clients. You will bridge physical and digital experiences, while ensuring DI standards and delivering engaging solutions.

Reporting to the Executive Creative Director, you will partner with clients and stakeholders, shape design strategies, manage timelines, and mentor staff across multiple

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design or related field with strong portfolio.
• 10+ years leading creative teams for corporate/enterprise clients.
• Experience with technology-driven experiences and digital activations preferred.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail at all times.
• Proven written and verbal communication skills with clients and teams.
• Sound judgement and discretion for senior leadership environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project team's design solutions for physical and digital experiences.
• Define and ensure timely delivery within project deadlines and budgets.
• Lead client presentations and translate complex ideas into clear narratives.
• QA/QC across Design Phases: Conceptual to Construction Documentation.
• Mentor Creative Studio staff and drive process improvements.
