Cyera is seeking a Creative Director to elevate our brand across campaigns and all customer touchpoints. You will guide a small creative team, working with Design Studio and Integrated Marketing to ensure a cohesive brand voice and high-impact creative work.

Reporting to the Head of Corporate Marketing, you will define briefs, shape campaigns, and lead both visuals and copy. The role emphasizes storytelling, collaboration, and hands-on craft in a fast-growing security tech company.

Qualifikationen

• 10-12 years of creative experience in a leadership role
• Portfolio showing synergy of idea, design and copy
• Enterprise brand experience for technical brands
• Hands-on craft across concepting, copy, and shoots
• Ability to define AI tool usage to boost quality and speed
• Strong stakeholder management across marketing, sales, and product
• Proven people leadership and ability to grow a team
• Collaborative style that drives alignment without slowing work
• Alignment with operating principles: push boundaries, own and act, elevate together

• Lead brand storytelling across campaigns and touchpoints
• Set creative direction for launches, events, website, sales collateral, social and executive communications
• Collaborate with Design Studio to translate concepts into finished work
• Partner with Integrated Marketing to embed creative in strategy
• Lead and grow a small creative team across Copy and Video
• Uphold Cyera’s voice and brand guardrails across the company
