Circle is seeking its first Creative Director to shape how we show up in the world and define the story of a generational company building the future of digital businesses. Turn founders’ ideas, product strategy, and company vision into narratives that are clear, memorable, and unmistakably Circle across every asset, from launches to campaigns and events.

You’ll work closely with the founders, our in‑house design studio, product marketing, paid media, video, and events teams to elevate

Qualifications

• A body of work you’re genuinely proud of, with strong examples you can walk us through.
• Exceptional creative taste and judgment, and the ability to push work until it’s on-brand.
• Experience leading through influence and collaborating with founders and design teams.

Responsabilités

• Shape Circle’s narrative and translate vision into clear, compelling stories.
• Own the creative direction of launches and campaigns across channels.
• Partner with the design studio and product marketing to ensure cohesive work.
• Raise the bar on advertising and develop campaign concepts and headlines.
• Guide storytelling for video and events, including scripts and pacing.
