Job summary

Cyera is seeking a Brand Designer to join our global design team in New York. You will shape Cyera’s visual identity across campaigns, digital experiences, events, and physical brand moments, driving concepts from brief to final execution.

You’ll collaborate with marketing, product, content, events, and other teams, extending the brand with thoughtful craft, typography, imagery, and color. A 3+ year portfolio and proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in brand design, visual communication, or a related field.
• Strong typography, composition, hierarchy, and visual storytelling skills.
• Experience developing visual concepts and extending them across multiple formats and touchpoints.
• Highly proficient in Figma, and Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Comfortable using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, image-generation tools, or similar platforms as part of the design and ideation process.
• Comfortable working within an established brand system while knowing when and how to push it further.
• Able to take a project from an early brief or idea through exploration, refinement, and final execution.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate creative decisions clearly.
• Organized, self-directed, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Own brand design projects from concept through execution across digital and physical touchpoints.
• Create strong visual concepts for campaigns, launches, events, social, web, and internal initiatives.
• Apply and evolve Cyera’s visual system while maintaining a consistent and recognizable brand.
• Develop campaign-specific graphic languages using typography, imagery, illustration, iconography, color, and other visual elements.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to understand briefs, explore directions, and bring ideas to life.
• Use emerging AI tools as part of the creative process to explore, prototype, iterate, and improve design workflows.
• Present your work clearly, explain your thinking, and contribute actively to design critiques and creative discussions.
