Job summary

Cyera is seeking a Senior Director of Brand Strategy and Storytelling to define how the company is understood, remembered, and chosen. You will lead brand strategy, narrative development, and storytelling across Brand Content and Social, reporting to the VP of Corporate Marketing.

You will partner with Marketing, Creative, and Communications to build a singular brand and measure its impact on awareness, consideration, and pipeline.

Qualifications

• 12 to 15 years of experience in brand strategy, brand marketing, content strategy, or editorial leadership.
• A record of defining a brand platform or positioning that changed how a company was seen and helped it win.
• Exceptional storytelling craft, ability to write, edit, and shape a narrative.
• Experience leading content and social teams and setting standards they follow.
• Experience turning research and data into a distinctive point of view.
• People leadership, hiring, coaching and growing senior talent.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve Cyera's brand platform, including purpose, positioning, narrative, and voice.
• Lead storytelling teams across Brand Content and Social with clear editorial standards.
• Partner with Creative, Design Studio, Integrated Marketing and Communications to turn strategy into campaigns, launches, events, and executive communications.
• Build a scalable brand activation framework for internal and external use.
• Own the core brand health metrics and measure impact with cross-functional partners.
