Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Manager, Multimedia L&D to lead a team of designers and drive the visual standard of learning products. This role blends graphic design expertise with adult learning principles to deliver cohesive visual experiences that support behavioral change.

You’ll mentor designers, oversee production of videos, animations, and UI/UX work, and partner with instructional designers and business stakeholders to elevate learning outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military experience
• At least 5 years of experience in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or Visual Communications
• At least 2 years of experience managing, mentoring or leading a team of creative professionals

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of multimedia designers to elevate the visual standard across learning products
• Direct design and production of high-visibility multimedia learning assets including videos, animations, and UI/UX
• Collaborate with instructional designers and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure impactful visual learning experiences
