Responsibilities

• Own mid to large projects from concept to delivery.
• Oversee execution ensuring magical results from idea to finish.

• Mentor a team of art directors and creatives for growth.
• Identify opportunities to push creative boundaries within the agency.
• Stay informed on industry trends and tools to maintain edge.
• Manage resources, budgets and timelines with leadership.
• Provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality output.
• Utilize leading AI tools to accelerate creative processes.
