Job summary

NVE Experience Agency in the United States is seeking an Experiential Designer to shape brand experiences through spatial design, storytelling, and craft. This mid‑level role invites ownership of design deliverables with guidance while contributing to the broader creative process.

You will collaborate with designers, strategists, producers, and clients to translate ideas into compelling spaces, and you will grow ownership of your work, design point of view, and contribution to the studio

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrates strong craft, conceptual thinking, and spatial design in brand experiences.
• Able to articulate design rationale thoughtfully and clearly.
• 3–5 years of professional experiential designer experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop experiential concepts, visuals, floor plans, 3D models, renderings, and technical drawings.
• Own design deliverables from concept through production with increasing independence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategically grounded creative work.
• Present design work internally and to clients with clear creative rationale.
• Prepare fabrication drawings and coordinate with production partners.
• Manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment and adapt as needed.
• Participate in onsite installations and live experiences when possible.
