EnVogue International, a fast-growing home décor company, is seeking a Design Director to lead the Decorative Pillows category. You will set the creative direction, develop seasonal concepts, and build lines while mentoring the design team.

The role requires translating emerging trends into commercially viable pillow collections for major retailers. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in home textiles, a strong portfolio, and proven leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in decorative pillows or home textiles with a strong portfolio.
• Experience leading and mentoring a design team for retailers.
• Excellent eye for color, print, texture and fabrication; trend-forward thinker.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; ability to translate trends into product.
• Experience designing for major retailers and working with overseas manufacturers.

Responsibilities

• Lead creative direction and seasonal vision for decorative pillow collections.
• Translate trends across color, print, pattern, texture into commercially viable products.
• Direct development of prints, embroideries, textures and fabrications.
• Lead merchandising and line building, balancing color, price, and retailer needs.
• Mentor the design team and ensure timely execution from concept to final product.
