Job summary

EnVogue International is a fast-growing home décor company delivering trend-driven textile designs for major North American retailers. This Textile Designer role focuses on translating seasonal trends into print and pattern development, CAD work, and production-ready artwork across home textile categories.

You will collaborate with product development, merchandising, and sales to create cohesive collections, review lab dips, and coordinate with factories worldwide to ensure design integrity

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Textile Design, Surface Design, Fashion Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Strong eye for color, print, pattern, texture, and emerging trends.
• Ability to translate creative concepts into accurate, production-ready artwork and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Research and translate seasonal trends, color palettes, prints, patterns, and textures into commercially relevant textile designs.
• Create original prints, pattern repeats, colorways, CADs, and product mockups for seasonal collections and buyer presentations.
• Develop cohesive print and pattern assortments tailored to retailer needs, trends, and price points.
• Prepare production-ready artwork, including color separations, repeats, scale, Pantone callouts, and technical specifications.
• Partner with Product Development, Merchandising, and Sales to develop product aligned with seasonal direction and customer opportunities.
• Review strike-offs, lab dips, swatches, and samples, providing feedback on color, print, construction, and overall execution.
• Collaborate with international factories and vendors throughout development and sampling.
• Maintain design integrity from initial concept and CAD through final production.
