The role requires shaping the COE's governance, mentoring designers and editors, and driving high-quality craft from concept to final output, including an AI-enabled workflow.

Qualifications

• Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree.
• Higher level education such as a Masters degree, PhD, or certifications is desirable.
• At least 5 years of prior management experience is typically required.
• Industry-relevant experience is typically 8+ years.

Responsibilities

• Establishes the strategic direction of the team.
• Oversees planning, research, and development of content for complex communication initiatives.
• Leads in the resolution of issues and maintains client relationships with executives and management.
