Job summary

Merch, a design-forward merch and promotional goods company, seeks a senior designer to lead client merch programs from concept to production-ready art. You will own the Merch.com brand across site, ads, and social channels, setting a high creative bar and guiding freelancers and AI tools.

You bring 5+ years of design experience with a strong brand and product portfolio, plus production-ready apparel or packaging design.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of design experience with a strong brand/product portfolio.
• Experience designing apparel, packaging or merchandise that went to production.
• Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite; comfortable with AI image tools.

Job description

Merch.com designs custom swag, promotional products and corporate gifts from scratch for companies, and ships them worldwide. We run production on three continents, our own design studio, warehousing, kitting and fulfillment, and branded company stores, all on software we build ourselves. We are a small team that moves fast and gives people real ownership.

You set the look of everything we make and everything we put out. The merchandise we design for clients, our own brand, our ads. You design yourself, and you direct the freelancers and AI tools that extend you.

What you will do

• Lead creative for client merch programs, from concept to production-ready art
• Own the Merch.com brand across the site, ads and social
• Hold a high bar and give clear direction

What you bring

• 5+ years in design, with a portfolio of brand and product work
• Experience designing apparel, packaging or merchandise that went to production (a big plus)
• Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite and comfort with AI image tools

Pay. $95,000 to $130,000.
