The Role

We’re hiring aSenior Director ofBrand & Creativeto own and evolve how the world experiences Rethink First. This role combines brand strategy, storytelling, and creative leadership into one high-impact position. You’ll guide our visual identity, lead content and campaign strategy, and elevate the emotional and strategic power of our brand across all touchpoints.

What You’ll Do

  • Define and evolve the Rethink First brand.

  • Lead brand voice, messaging, and identity across web, content, and marketing channels.

  • Build and manage content strategy—including blogs, whitepapers, email, case studies, and thought leadership.

  • Oversee in-house and freelance creative talent (designers, writers, video producers).

  • Partner with product, marketing, and clinical teams to tell powerful, human-centered stories.

  • Manage creative operations, and agency relationships.

  • Use data to measure and improve brand and content performance.

What We’re Looking For

  • 8+ years in brand, content, or creative leadership (healthcare, edtech, wellness, or mission-driven tech a plus).

  • Experience building and scaling brand systems and creative teams.

  • Strong writing, storytelling, design and content strategy skills.

  • Hands-on creative direction across digital, print, and multimedia.

  • Strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and communication chops.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with B2B audiences.

  • Familiarity with behavioral health, Employer Benefits or educational content.

  • Portfolio showcasing brand or content transformation work.
