Justice Action Center in the United States is seeking a Digital Design & Content Coordinator to create and manage digital content across social, email, and web. You will transform messaging, client stories, and campaign priorities into engaging visuals and copy that advance immigrant justice.

This role suits an early-career digital designer who can produce brand-aligned graphics quickly, edit short videos, and translate complex policy updates into clear communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 1–2 years digital content creation preferred.
• Experience in advocacy or nonprofit communications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create digital content across social, email, web and campaign channels.
• Produce and edit short-form videos for social media.
• Draft clear social copy, captions, CTAs, and explainers.
• Support rapid-response graphics and timely web updates as news breaks.
• Prepare assets and toolkits for influencer, content creator, coalition and partner engagement.
• Assist with engagement tracking across channels to identify timely opportunities and trends.
• Make routine updates to JAC’s websites and digital actions.
• Support dignified storytelling highlighting clients, partners, and communities.
