Job summary

Liberty University is seeking an Associate Director of Creative Development to manage Student Life’s creative and communication projects. You’ll work with the Creative Team to deliver unified content campaigns, oversee digital processes, and act as liaison with partner teams for project requests and production handoffs.

The role requires strong project management, detail orientation, and the ability to synthesize information into strategic plans.

Qualifications

• Completed bachelor’s degree in business, project management, strategic communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of professional project management experience with a PM software.
• 1-2 years of experience in creative operations and execution.
• Experience with student development or student affairs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project tracking, reporting, and documentation for Student Life creative projects.
• Coordinate with partner teams to obtain requests and ensure accurate asset delivery.
• Lead a team of 10+ creative student workers and manage scheduling, timecards, and assignments.
• Serve as quality control lead for all outward-facing communications across print, web, and digital channels.
• Collaborate to ensure project plans meet objectives, budgets, and timelines.
