Job summary

Liberty's Student Life Creative Team seeks an Associate Director of Creative Development to oversee all creative projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality across digital, print, and social channels.

Reporting to the Senior Associate Director, you will lead a team of 10+ student workers, coordinate with partner Student Life teams, and implement best practices in project management and process development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, strategic communications, or related field.
• 2+ years of professional project management experience with a PM software.
• 1-2 years of working knowledge of creative operations and execution.
• Experience with student development or student affairs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project tracking, reporting, and documentation.
• Proactively assess departmental process effectiveness, developing solutions to improve team productivity, production quality, and accuracy.
• Coordinate with partner teams to obtain project requests and ensure accuracy for ongoing projects.
• Lead a team of 10+ student workers and manage scheduling and asset delivery.
• Serve as copy editor to ensure informational accuracy for partner teams.
