Job summary

You will work with the Student Life Creative Team to create unified content campaigns, oversee digital processes, and coordinate with partner teams for timely delivery.

This role supervises 10+ student workers, ensures quality control across print, web, and social media, and leads the copy editing effort.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business, project management, strategic communications, or related field
• 2+ years of professional project management experience
• 1-2 years of experience in creative operations
• Experience with student development or student affairs

Responsibilities

• Oversee all project tracking, reporting, and documentation
• Coordinate with partner teams to obtain project requests and ensure accuracy for ongoing projects
• Oversee quality control for all outward-facing communications across print, web, email, and social channels
• Supervise a team of 10+ student workers in graphics, social media, video, and photography
• Provide updates to leadership on timelines, issues, and solutions
