Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional or military experience.
• Experience with executive level calendar management.
• Experience with domestic or international travel coordination.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
• Experience handling confidential information.
• Experience assessing industry talent and trends.
• Experience as an assistant in a scripted department at an agency, studio or scripted production company.

Responsibilities

• Heavy scheduling, call volume & rolling calls, heavy travel organization, expenses, management of databases, submission logs, and select creative evaluation.
• Proactive prioritization and effective communication with executives to balance workload across desks.
• Support two senior creative executives and grow into an expanded executive role.
