Job summary

RAPP is seeking a Designer who brings a passion for detail, conceptual thinking, and exceptional hands-on design skills. In this role you will work across diverse media, translating ideas into visually compelling solutions while collaborating closely with art directors, copywriters, and cross-functional teams.

You will craft high-quality work across digital, social, and print, maintain brand guidelines, and stay current with design trends.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of design experience with a portfolio across digital, print and social.
• Typography, layout, color theory and composition with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; strong skills in Figma and prototyping tools.
• Ability to present ideas clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Curiosity about AI tools and emerging design technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative designs across digital, social, print and more aligned with strategy.
• Collaborate with art directors, copywriters and other creatives to ensure cohesive execution.
• Translate concepts into visually compelling designs while adhering to brand guidelines.
• Create mood boards, style guides and design mock-ups to communicate your vision.
• Participate in brainstorming, stay current with design trends, and iterate ideas.
• Manage workflow to meet deadlines, ensure quality and accuracy.
• Ensure consistency across all design deliverables.
