Job summary

RAPP is seeking a Senior Art Director to drive concepts, elevate design, and mentor a growing team across digital, social, and print campaigns. You will collaborate with copywriters, designers, and cross-functional partners to deliver innovative work that meets client objectives and brand standards.

You will lead the creative process, push boundaries, and ensure high-quality execution while adapting to a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

4+ years of art direction experience with a portfolio across digital, print, and social.
Mastery of typography, layout, color theory, and composition.
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
Experience with Figma, Adobe XD or Sketch.
PowerPoint, Keynote, and Acrobat are a bonus.
Leadership: mentor junior team members and guide projects.
Strong presentation and client-facing communication.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.

Responsibilities

Lead development of creative concepts and designs across digital, social, and print.
Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.
Translate strategic objectives into visually compelling designs while respecting brand guidelines.
Mentor junior art directors and designers, providing constructive feedback.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing timelines and priorities.
Refine and elevate the design process to ensure consistency across deliverables.
