Job summary

Makemarks in Cincinnati, OH, is seeking a Project Manager (Creative Design) to plan, organize and oversee projects from brief to delivery. You will coordinate teams, manage workflows, and ensure on-time, on-budget results with strong communication across clients and internal stakeholders.

The role emphasizes risk management, governance, process improvement, and maintaining margins. You will partner with design and production teams and report to the Senior PMO/Account leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with the team and client.
• Owns all gates, risk and commercial controls to run the project they are accountable for, for best utilisation, workflows, and delivery.
• Manage day-to-day operations of assigned projects, ensuring smooth execution and delivery.
• Track project performance in partnership with the PMO, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate closely with team members to ensure projects align with organizational goals and governance standards.
• Serves as the main day-to-day contact on current projects for internal project teams, collaborating internally with the design and production teams.
• Attends project planning meetings as needed; serves as subject matter expert regarding workflow, processes, capacity, timelines, etc.
• Participates in cross-functional teams to develop and/or adapt processes, policies, and workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, speed, quality, etc.
