Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in event design, production, or related field.
• Proven experience building or developing a creative design or production department.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the creative design and production department from the ground up.
• Develop templates for proposals, cost sheets, and production schedules; set standards and pricing.
• Create venue branding decks and venue-specific design concepts; coordinate with sales and marketing teams.
• Provide on-site training and direction to event services and production teams.
• Manage production from proposal to installation, execution, and final billing; ensure compliance with venue policies.
