Job summary

Synthesia is seeking a Creative Design Manager to lead service delivery for our creative design offerings, guiding clients through multimedia instructional solutions and visual content projects. You will connect clients with internal design teams, drive scalable workflows, and maintain high-quality delivery in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage client expectations, and use data to optimize outcomes and content effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Experience leading client services in creative design.
• Experience in managing complex projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Service Delivery Management: Oversee the execution of creative design service delivery, ensuring projects meet client expectations and are delivered on time and within budget.
• Project Coordination: Coordinate project timelines, resources, priorities, deliverables, ensuring alignment with client goals.
• Client Relationship Management: Serve as an escalation point for AEs/CSMs, to understand client needs, identify practical solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Performance Monitoring: Track projects progress, manage KPIs, and use data to drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
• Process Improvement: Develop and refine service delivery methodologies to enhance efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction, identifying opportunities to improve systems and create repeatable solutions.
