Altec is seeking a Creative Manager in Birmingham, AL to own the intake, scheduling, prioritization, and on-time delivery of creative work across multiple subsidiary accounts.

The role translates business requests into sequenced delivery plans, balances priorities, and ensures output meets brand quality standards. It demands a seasoned leader capable of hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 2 years applicable experience or High School Diploma with 4 years of applicable experience.
• Experience managing high-volume, concurrent creative projects across multiple stakeholders and brands.
• Proven ability to build and manage delivery schedules and allocate resources.
• Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and time-management capabilities under pressure.
• Strong written and verbal communication with executive presence.
• Proficient with project management/workflow platforms (Monday.com/Asana/Workfront).
• Experience with video and photo content creation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end creative intake process, capturing, scoping, prioritizing, and resourcing with clarity and consistency.
• Translate requests into sequenced delivery schedules aligned to demand planning calendars.
• Manage shifting priorities across concurrent projects with proactive, transparent communication.
• Maintain visibility into team workload and capacity; resolve bottlenecks before deadlines.
• Partner with creative staff and account managers to drive projects from kickoff to final delivery.
• Establish and maintain accurate project documentation and reporting within workflow systems.
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce rework and scale capacity.
• Act as a steady operational leader upholding quality, accountability, and brand integrity.
