Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; culinary education preferred.
• Serve-Safe certification and allergy awareness training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards.
• Follow cooking techniques to ensure flavor, texture, and presentation.
• Monitor temperatures, times, and quantities to reduce waste.
• Collaborate with team to develop menu items and specials.
• Maintain clean, sanitized work areas and proper storage.
• Assist with inventory management and stock checks.
