Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven cooking experience or relevant role.
• Knowledge of basic food safety regulations and sanitation.

Responsibilities

• Cooks and prepares a variety of food according to recipes and production guidelines.
• Sets up workstation with all needed ingredients and equipment.
• Prepares ingredients by measuring, weighing, chopping, and peeling food items.
• Safely uses knives and other utensils; operates ovens, stoves, and mixers.
• Bakes, roasts, steams, and uses various cooking methods; garnishes and portions foods.
• Stores food properly following safety policies; cleans and sanitizes work areas and equipment.
• Maintains excellent customer service and positive demeanor towards guests and coworkers.
