Qualifications

• Experience as a cook or in a related role required.
• Knowledge of basic food preparation, cooking methods, and food safety regulations (handling, sanitation, storage).
• Must be able to obtain food safety certification and demonstrate basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prepare a variety of food according to recipes and production guidelines.
• Set up workstation with needed ingredients and equipment and measure/trim ingredients.
• Safely use utensils and operate ovens, stoves, slicers, mixers, etc.
• Bake, roast, broil, steam and apply various cooking methods to meats and vegetables.
• Ensure proper food storage and sanitation; maintain clean work areas and positive guest interactions.
