You will follow production guidelines and safety procedures, set up stations, prepare ingredients, operate ovens and ranges, and help deliver great guest experiences at every service.

Qualifications

• Experience as a cook or in a related role required.
• Knowledge of basic food preparation methods and safety regulations.
• Must be able to obtain food safety certification.
• Demonstrates basic math and counting skills.
• Interpersonal communication skills, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Cooks and prepares a variety of food according to production guidelines and recipes.
• Sets up workstation with ingredients and equipment.
• Prepares ingredients by measuring, weighing, mixing, chopping and peeling.
• Operates ovens, stoves, slicers, mixers and other equipment.
• Bakes, roasts, broils, steams and uses various cooking methods.
• Ensures proper storage and sanitation of food and surfaces.
• Maintains customer service and positive demeanor toward guests and colleagues.
