Qualifications

• Experience as a cook or in a related role.
• Validated knowledge of basic principles of food preparation and cooking methods.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations, safe handling, sanitation, and storage.

Responsabilités

• Cook and prepare a variety of foods according to recipes and guidelines.
• Set up workstation with needed ingredients and equipment.
• Measure, weigh, mix, chop, trim, and peel food items.
• Safely use utensils and operate ovens, stoves, slicers, mixers.
• Bake, roast, broil, steam and apply diverse cooking methods.
• Plate and portion foods according to guidelines and maintain quality.
