Responsibilities

• Cook and prepare a variety of foods according to guidelines and recipes.
• Set up workstation with ingredients and equipment.
• Prepare ingredients by measuring, weighing, mixing, chopping, trimming, and peeling.
• Safely use utensils and operate ovens, stoves, and mixers.
• Bake, roast, broil, steam foods and arrange portions per guidelines.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and clean work areas.
• Provide excellent customer service and positive demeanor.
