Job summary

Aramark is seeking a motivated Cook to join our team in Frederick, MD. You will prepare a variety of dishes, follow production guidelines, and ensure quality and consistency across meals for our clients.

You'll set up your station, measure ingredients, and operate kitchen equipment, while maintaining safety and sanitation standards. Strong service orientation and teamwork are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience as a cook or in a related role required.
• Valid knowledge of basic food preparation, cooking methods, and food safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Cooks and prepares a variety of food according to production guidelines and standardized recipes.
• Sets up workstation with all needed ingredients and equipment.
• Prepares ingredients by measuring, weighing, mixing, chopping, trimming, and peeling food items.
• Safely uses a variety of utensils including knives.
• Operates equipment such as ovens, stoves, slicers, mixers, etc.
• Maintains excellent customer service and positive demeanor toward guests and coworkers.
